     You won't be in Utah long before you realize it's unlike any place you've ever been before.      It might surprise some, then, that Utah's unparalleled natural beauty is complemented by a unique human tapestry. Most Utahans belong to the Mormon Church. In accordance with Mormon tradition, many Utah families are large and almost implausibly clean cut and traditional. But still, a certain cosmopolitanism thrives. Utah is the most urban state in the West, and Salt Lake City has evolved into an Olympic-worthy town.
