Filing a Complaint
If a problem arises with a vendor, 123Movers reserves the right to remove any company from our website completely if a company has received a large amount of complaints. If you are still not satisfied with the service rendered by the vendor please fill out our form immediately, and we will make note of the problem and inform the vendor of the complaint.
Making Sure You Are Covered
During the moving process, please keep complete records of your move including; contracts (Bill of Lading serves as the actual contract), receipts, cancelled checks, notes, and DOT (ICC if applicable) identification numbers of the moving company you work with.
