From humble beginnings in Wilkes Barre, PA in 1936 Bekins A-1 has grown to
become Bekins Van Lines' largest agency family with 19 full-service locations

quality measurement process in place. Bekins Quality Index (BQI) is just such
a program. BQI is a quality measurement process that utilizes an independent
3rd Party company to perform phone surveys with our customers to ensure that
we continue to offer them the highest level of service. Based on how the customer
rates each portion of their moving experience, all personnel are rated individually.
On the off chance that a shipment is given an unfavorable score, a "red
flag" is assigned by the polling company and Bekins is contacted immediately.
Bekins then works with the involved agency to take corrective action. At Bekins
Ace Moving we want you to be satisfied with your moving experience. If at any
time during your move, your overall satisfaction is in question please let
us know so that we can take corrective action.
