Even though I was guaranteed a 3-5 day delivery my items showed up 11 days later
and that was only after threatening to have the credit card company not pay them.
Some of my items were broken and the company is not returning my phone calls.
They charged me for boxes that were used in somebody else's move, they had name
written on them, and all of my boxes were crushed. My new born swing was also
broken beyond repair but that didn't stop the two men from trying to bend it
back into shape unsuccessfully. The only explanation they had for being late
is that if I moved to the west coast it would have been 20 days. I'm not sure
why that was relevant since I moved from NJ to SC. Also the last thing the driver
said to me was that the last customer was unhappy also and she was calling the
BBB. I will be doing the same. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst
enemy. |
