| | Omri and his crew arrived and promptly went to work wrapping, packing and loading. They even found my father in laws long lost wedding ring and gave it to my wife! Our estimate was off because we had very valuable antiques, and we elected to have them professionally wrapped by Omri and his crew. Our movers acted professionally and worked with us on the cost over run. I recommend them very much! |

| | We had a fairly complicated move because we had stuff in multiple locations and needed them to put some stuff into temporaty storage. Jacob came on-site to see everything, and was incredibly responsive to follow-up phone calls and worked late into the night to come up with an agreeable and accurate quote. He was very up-front and honest, and quite informative as to the whole process. He also provided some good logistical suggestions given that our move was complicated. Once the actual began, the crew (including Jacob) was very courteous and extremely cautious so as not to damage the items or the home. Despite bad weather, they made every effort to keep the premises clean. Universal stuck to their word about a firm price and the costs did not grow even though the actual job began having some tasks that were out-of-scope. They worked incredibly long hours to handle the multiple locations in he Maryland area. I highly recommend Universal for any move. They are honest, accurate, timely, communicative, efficient, and most importantly, careful. |

| | i was moving from an extremely narrow house in Locust Point (Baltimore,MD) where i had large furniture from a previous house in addition to all my furniture, i had to have your movers remove the second story window and hoist the bed room furniture out of the window, where they did without problems or damaging the my furniture. alot of old row homes in baltimore city are so small that unfortunately furniture is hard to fit in & can take a beating but it didnt in this case, thanks to your crew. Omri was very good with the other two guys you send with him, they wrapped up all of my furniture really well and secure, were kind courteous,and fast they worked extremely hard, I highly recommend them to anyone , thank you again for your kindness and caring. |
