They were disorganized from the beginning so I should have listened to my gut. I scheduled this company to move me on a Sunday. I called the Friday before to confirm - for my own piece of mind. I was told that I was all set up, truck and men to arrive on Sunday at 9am. Sunday at 10am, no men, no truck. I called the owner, and she claims she called me to confirm. No calls from her, or the company came through on my cell phone (which logs all incoming calls). And IF she did in fact call, she didn't leave a message for me to call her back. One would think that with something this important, a smart business owner would leave a message requesting a return phone call. She claims that because "I didn't answer when she called to confirm, she didn't send the movers." She told me that they were finishing a job and would arrive in an hour. 2 hours later, still no movers. I called to find out what was going on - she would not answer her phone. I left her 4 messages over the next 2 hours - no return phone call. When I called on Monday to find out why her movers did not show up - she blamed it on her dispatcher. And the kicker - she refused to even offer an apology. Asking "why should I apologize…
