Subject: I'm surprised I survived this NIGHTMARE!!!

| | To make a long story short, we had great a customer service up until the time they left with our furniture and belongings in NJ. Then we never heard from them. I called repeatedly with no results. Once I asked for their TAX ID#, they began being cooperative, but at the speed of free flowing molasses. My fiancée at the time had some important wedding stuff on the truck which never arrived! So, lots of money had to be spent to replace these items. Our furniture was all damaged, truck showed up at two am...with 3/4 of our things! two weeks later, the rest showed with several items missing altogether. They had no tools for the re-assembly of beds, futons, etc. Walls in house were damaged badly; mattress was strapped to outside of truck and was soaking wet and moldy after a month of being in their care! Worst experience ever!! EVER!!!!! There's so much more to say but not enough time to say it all!!! (Delivery of 2nd shipment to my house on dates I specified I would not be there!!) |

Antonio, TX. The actual charges
were substantially more the original estimate. All of the furniture were damaged
except for two pieces. I have made repeated phone calls and can not get anyone
to return my phone calls.

| | United Moving Systems moved me from Dover, DE to Camden, NJ. It was hard to leave my hometown and then having to choose a moving company was even harder. I was not expecting to have such great customer service but after I met the movers I knew it was going to be a great move. The movers were so professional and very patient with everything. Some of my furniture would not get through the door so it had to be disassembled but the movers didn’t let it faze them at all. They arrived to my new location in New Jersey right on time and everything was reassembled and put where I wanted it to go. I was very satisfied with my move and highly recommend everyone to use their services.

They low balled my estimate by 250%, refused to provide services contracted for, delivered my dishes broken, and never returned my calls after they got their check. I had to stop payment on the check before anyone would call me. Read the reviews of this company...they are a nightmare.

I scheduled a move for a Friday afternoon between 12 and 6pm. They call me at 5 and say they can not come until Sunday because their truck breaks down. Then they show up on Saturday morning and are charging me $600 more than the agreed price because they had to get a different moving company to ship my stuff because their vans were broken down. I have contacted my representative and he has blown me off 3 times today with the excuse that "I will call you in an hour" TERRIBLE!!!
