| | the move was scheduled for tomorrow morning, September 8. My husband and son
flew to Ohio to be there for the truck, and have air tickets to return to Washington
Tuesday 9/9. On SEPTEMBER 7, at 8:30 PM, ON SUNDAY NIGHT, I get a call from Ultimate
Van Lines saying that they cannot do my move because they do not go to the state
of Washington. SO WHAT DO I DO NOW?? WHY DID THEY TAKE MY JOB?? WHO COVERS THE
ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR CHANGING PLANE TICKETS SO WE CAN BE THERE FOR THE MOVE??
THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING. Therefore I rate this company AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! | Company Response  |
