I have recently been conned, scammed and lied to by one of your moving contractors and am planning to file a small claims/ business law suit against them. They have taken $700 as a "down payment" for a service I am not receiving. They promised both written and verbally to pick up and move my belongings in a single day move within the window I selected. It has now been a week and not only have they not moved my belongings, but I cannot reach them through sales, dispatch, or the driver himself. I was told by the incredible rude associates that my money could not be refunded, not to mention that no advancement has been made in my moving process. I will never schedule any move through this company, nor will my friends and family.
