| | A very unpleasant experience. Upcharged me for additional boxes even though they told me to pack lamps in boxes and the overall number of cubic feet was barely different from what was contracted. | | They took two days to move a 3-bedroom condo. The broke my front door (a steel-clad door at that) and I've been attempting since June to get the door reimbursed. I've left multiple messages and the manager, who is mysteriously never in the office when I call, will not return my phone calls. The broke my furniture before they left my house and tried to make me sign a wavier so they would not be resposible if it gets damaged. broke all my lamps, coachs, enterainment center, computer desk. Water damage to my living room tables. They also stole my video camera. The woman that owns the comany is rude and she will not talk all she does is hang up on you.. | | They came late took their time and charged me more than the bid. They stole hats, and other misc. When we called to talk to a manager WHILE they were there she was ruder than the movers. When they had charged more than we had we ended up moving a load ourselves. They lie, Cheat and treat you loike trash. They had borrow our tools and equipment to get it done. When our stuff was delivered the driver demanded cash (we had a cashiers check) they foughty that and then took their time again stuff was broken, they didnt care. | | This company has an F writing by the BBB - just search under their phone number - several deceptive pricing - they will purposely not show up with dollys and tools (even though they promised they would disassemble and reassemble all furniture) and move at a snail's pace - don't fall for the "3 guys are better than 2" - the third guy stands around doing nothing....Horrible experience - please complain to the GA Public Service Commission if you have a complaint - although not many people know they are regulated - they have more complaints than any other company! |
