| | The owner of Professional Relocation Systems (Kris) and one of his associates worked on our move. Overall, I was pleased. Kris did not start "the clock" until about 7 minutes after they started working. They both worked at a good pace; they didn't drag their feet and only took one quick break. They did a great job moving our piano. Also, because my job was bigger than initially estimated (even I agreed with them), they suggested to add a third person at the destination site to unload. It ended up saving me money. Although they took the wrong exit off the freeway (which added about 15 minutes to the total time) and stopped for lunch on the way, they deducted 30 minutes from the total time, so I figured I'd call it even. | | Professional Relocation Systems picked up a piano at my parents house in Canton on 7/29. It was delivered on 7/30. I was originally quoted a higher price but the movers helped me out by putting my two items in a truck going to the same destination (Columbus) as another move, which brought the cost down drastically. They were very quick. They handled the piano and arm chair with care. First off, they completely wrapped the upholstered chair in plastic so it would get dirty! I've never known a moving company to do that! Then they wrapped the entire piano in moving pads and taped it so it wouldn't get scratched. They were careful when they wheeled it from the truck into the house and even placing it in the room! The guys were very nice and had a sense of humor even after a long day of moving. I would definitely recommend Professional Relocation Services for moving! |
