OUR COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Primary Auto Transport is open long hours to provide our customers with the convenience of being able to contact even with the most hectic schedules.
Office Hours- 6am-6pm Monday -Friday 8am-12pm Saturday and Sunday. (All times are Mountain Standard )
Once the order has been placed you will be notified by email automatically that your vehicle has been assigned to a carrier and will provide you will the details of your transport. Which will include estimated pick up and delivery times. Primary Auto Transport wants you the customer to feel comfortable with the transport of your vehicle.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Primary Auto Transport we will do our very best to expedite each and every vehicle transport and this is done at no additional cost unlike our competition you charges more for a service which we believe should be expected from you the customer. We also will not charge a cancellation fee if we can not schedule the vehicle on a carrier within 10 business days.
INSURANCE INFORMATION
At Primary Auto Transport we believe that the best advice we can provide the customer is to make sure you go with a company that provides primary insurance with a zero deductible. Most companies have no idea who is picking up your vehicle or what insurance the driver has. The companies just throw your order out on a list and whoever picks up the vehicle is who’s insurance you will be stuck with. Most companies have large deductibles that you will be responsible for first and then their insurance kicks in, some even makes your insurance primary while theirs is a secondary policy. Either way the insurance is useless to you the customer. At Primary Auto Transport we only do business with carriers that have primary insurance and a zero deductible. Each vehicle is insured up to $100,000 with primary coverage and a zero deductible.
AUTO TRANSPORT SERVICE
It normally will take 5-7 days to pickup and 7-10 days to deliver on transports 1500 miles or more. We do ask for a week advance notice with a 2-3 business day window for pick up and quote 7-14 days for transport. Please contact us with your transport information and we can give expected time frames on your specific route. Once scheduled on a truck we can provide estimated dates provided by the carrier.

OPEN TRUCK / DOOR TO DOOR
Your vehicle is transported on an open car carrier, just like you see the new cars going from the factory into the dealerships.. Your vehicle will be picked up at your door directly by a multiple car carrier as long as the truck can get into the area legally and in a safe manner. Pickup times are pre-arranged, the driver will generally call within 12-24 hours in advance to schedule pick up and deliveries. Typical transit times are quoted, A+ insurance, provided at no additional cost.
TERMINAL SERVICES
PRIMARY AUTO TRANSPORT, INC. offers a network of over 36 fully insured terminals nationwide. In the event that you are unable to have someone present for either pickup or delivery, the vehicle can be inspected and held at a secure insured facility for your convenience. Additional cost may occur.
OPEN TRUCK-EXPEDITED SERVICE
PRIMARY AUTO TRANSPORT, INC expedites every truck transport. Unlike some competitors there are no additional charges to get the vehicle there on time.
ENCLOSED TRUCK
Your vehicle will be transported on a completely enclosed trailer designed to transport classic automobiles, prototypes or vehicles that the customer does not want the vehicle exposed to weather. Typical transit times are quoted, A+ rated insurance provided at no additional cost.
EXPEDITED DRIVEAWAY SERVICE
Your vehicle is driven from point of pickup to destination by a professional driver. Your vehicle is delivered within your specified time frame and your vehicle can be picked up from any pickup address and delivered to any specific destination. Delivery time is guaranteed using this service. A+ insurance provided at no additional cost.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING
Assistance is provided to our customers who need to transport their vehicle to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
