Oasis Moving and Storage

I have to let home office know how "far and beyond" the call of duty the guys at Oasis Moving and Storage in Phoenix went out fo us. Here is my story:

We had our things packed and picked up on Wednesday the 13th of May by Oasis Moving and Storage of Phoenix. My son Thomas, whom is transferring to North Carolina, will be flying to Germany this Tuesday the 19th of May. Today, Monday the 18th, we realized he did not have his American passport to travel to Germany on the 19th of May, the next day. Flights booked, internship ready in Berlin; we had a problem, a BIG problem. We called and talked to dispatch at the local office and Ben Koren not only dug through Thomas's things to find his passport but drove down to the local FedEx office to have the passport mailed overnight. We want everyone to know how much we appreciate all that Ben Koren did for us. Thanks to you; Ben Koren and Oasis Moving and Storage, Thomas will be on his 5:00pm flight to Germany.

I really was a completely satisfied customer throughout the whole move. This was my first time moving with a moving company so I really didn’t know what to expect. I moved from Las Vegas, NV to Los Angeles, CA. They sent me two guys to move my stuff, there wasn’t that much to move in my apartment but the furniture and big appliances I couldn’t move myself. It took a total of about two hours to load everything which was great because I still had the rest of the day to finish cleaning and head on over to my new home. My things arrived in three days and it went great, nothing was broken and everything was there which made me very happy because I could not afford to have to replace anything. Thank you Oasis Moving for a great job and thank the two man crew for me as well!

Filing of Claims

During the move our crews will do their utmost to take the best care of your items which will include wrapping and crating, if anything should happen to your furniture we do have a claim department who are trained in dealing with these matters.

Please note that claims will not be processed until all payments are made in full. Oasis Moving & Storage will not be liable for damaged or lost items unless all claims are made in writing. It is also the responsibility of the customer to contact the claims department to inform them of any claims that may have occurred; it is not the responsibility of the moving crew to forward this information on.
