| | There are so many movers out there; it was really hard to choose. Posting my info on line was a bad idea, more than 20 companies called me, each and every day. I decide to go with my friends’ recommendation and called NW Relocation my relocation consultant was Sandy J, who very nice and informative. In one conversation she explain me all my rights, what's included in my price quote and then she said "and more important, I want you to know what is not included.” I am more than happy that I chose NW Relocation, and I recommend them to everyone I know. They promise to provide with the best price and the best service and they did! They were right on time; it was a great experience that also let me donate back to the community. | | I moved with NW Relocation this past summer. They have the best customer service, the nicest staff and my moving crew was very professional. I don't know who "Moving Star" is, but I understand that NW Relocation hasn't been affiliated with them since this incident. When I called NW Relocation for a quote I also asked them about this article, and they said that this is the only complaint they have online. I have 3 kids, so when we moved from Portland, OR to Washington DC, they provided me with full packing and unpacking services (which I specifically requested). Every word Sandy (their senior consultant) promised me was fulfilled by my crew's service. If I ever move again, I will definitely use NW Relocation.
