New Planet Moving and Storage had excellent movers to pack and move our things. Since this was our first move we had no idea how everything would turn out but luckily we survived and thanks in big part to New Planet Moving and Storage. As soon as everything was packed the movers then proceeded to load all our furniture with great efficiency. As we arrived and everything was being unloaded the foreman told me to check everything in the truck to see if it looked ok and sure enough it was. Everything that was unloaded was put where they belonged and the furniture was put where I wanted it to go. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a good move but they made our move the best. If we ever have to move again we will definitely use New Planet Moving and Storage again. I highly recommend New Planet Moving and Storage! New Planet Moving & Storage did a wonderful job moving us from Nevada to Arizona. They made sure everything was wrapped up and even explained to us how to wrap them ourselves so that our belongings would have a better chance of not getting damaged. Everything was loaded into their truck and listed on an inventory list. Once they loaded everything not a single wall or floor was damaged which made me feel really good about this move plus you could tell by their attitudes and appearance that they definitely knew what they were doing. The shipment arrived about a couple days later and I was allowed to check for everything on the inventory and sure enough everything was there.

The movers then proceeded to unload all the furniture first and then the boxes into their appropriate rooms which was great, I really was not expecting them to do that. Not one thing was damaged or missing. You could tell that this company was really aware of their customers(us) needs and that they really did everything in their power for things to go the right way. To be honest everything went great and even better than I expected by far. I recommend New Planet Moving & Storage to everyone I know even if their not moving for a while.Thank you to the New Planet Moving & Storage and the crew!
