Do not use National Moving Express!!!
They put my family at risk by hiring a driver who goes around the neighborhood and ask anyone who wants to work for the day. I have all my electronics missing, including the complete set of our computer, valuable pictures and more!! This company does not do there due diligence to make sure your property makes it and who they hire. One of the guys that was picked up around the neighborhood came to our door a week later high and asking for money!! They know what we own!!!!! All the company did was sent us a claim form which I have yet to receive. We are new to this area and now I am scared to be in my own home. Make sure you ask the company about their hiring process!! They were also quick to have me sign the insurance that is only $0.60 per pound. You have an option to get more coverage which I did not know!! They are to hand you a booklet. Make sure you ask for it beforehand and read all the info and ask questions!! I have made a police report but we still are living in fear.

This moving company is very unprofessional and didn't complete the job that I paid them to do. It has been 2 weeks since my move and they have been promising to come back and have yet to do so. My mirrors were not put back up on my dressers, my son's step on his bunk bed was missing a screw and he almost fell climbing up. My bed was not put back properly and a piece is still missing and another bed's frame was put together upside down! On top of that the price that they quoted me was determined by cubic feet and furniture, I removed at least 8 pieces of furniture and had to still pay the same price. Oh yeah, they were 3 hours late!

This company gave me a telephone quote and moved the load after several attempts at rescheduling me for a date later than the original. Turns out the bill was for THREE TIMES the original quote! I paid them, even though they ruined ALL my things, waiting on their insurance to pay. Guess what...they offered me to settle for $180.00 CCCCRRRRRAAAAAZZZYYYYY!!! They ruined over $7000.00 of fine Italian furniture! Upon calling them to complain, I was told to call the BBB & whomever else I wanted and hung up on! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Wow, I wish I would have seen these postings before I chose to use this moving company. Our move with National Moving Express was a nightmare. They are intentionally dishonest to get your business and then hold your belongings hostage. Damaged furniture, we have a list of complaints too long to even include here.
