Subject: Moveco - Moving Review
| | These guys ruined our brand new bedroom furniture dragging it upside down up
the stairs in our new house which wore through the varnish on the wood on the
corners and edges and then refused to replace the damaged items (which were brand
new!)
On top of that they tried to deny it and claim that they caused the damage,
and tried to say that it was already there. We had just bought that furniture
a month prior, and it was wrapped in Styrofoam and plastic wrap in perfect
condition.
I thought that I would be smart and not get my friends to help me, so that
my stuff would be taken care of. These guys are worthless. Please learn from
my pain and avoid this moving company at all costs!

We will take care of you! Either on the phone or on move day. Our staff is polite and experienced. The moves we organized are flexible and customized to fit your needs.
We have company policies that make us the exception:
1. We call you when we are driving to you: all our drivers have cell phones.
2. Additional items are the same price on move day as on the computer the day you booked your move.
3. The move price is the same in the middle of the month as the end of the month.
4. If we damage anything, we replace or repair it (within reason.)
5. No hidden costs. (E.g. arrival fee & fuel charges.)
6. We email or fax the itemized list to the customer so there are no misunderstandings.
7. We do not over book the end of the month.
8. All our moving equipment is well maintained and of premium quality.
9. We are flexible to the customers needs and realize each move is unique.
Our staff makes the difference:
Whether you're on the phone with one of our logistic specialists planning you move, or on move day with our highly trained crews, we are with you every step of the way. MoveCo will not send just any one to your house or business. We do background checks and random drug screenings. Our crews are not "day labor" but part of the MoveCo family.
