Move On Time

The customer service I received from this company was terrible. As soon as I gave them my credit card, they charged it, even after being told they do not charge until car is loaded. The move was from AZ to MI. No matter where the move was from and to, I would never recommend this place. They yelled at me numerous times on the telephone, when I could reach them. I was never able to speak to anyone who actually cared about the good of the company. I actually had money stolen from my credit card from this company also. I would not recommend this company and would go out of my way to make sure no one gets the treatment I received from this company. It is a wonder that in this day and time that there are companies out there that will do this. Especially for the money these companies charge to do this type of work.
