Subject: BEWARE OF MORTON VAN LINES
| | DO NOT have Morton Van Lines move your things for you -- you may never see them
again. I was lucky enough to have the only employee left in the company tell
me where my things happened to be stored at (N.M.) My destination was Montana
from San Jose CA. This company has changed their website, moved their physical
address, never return calls or emails regarding the status of my belongings.
I will now sue and do the best I can to get my life long belongings to me --
Check em out -- do a google search and also BBB and you'll read more horrifying
experience with them

I arranged my move through a man named Ken who was easy to contact before my items were picked up. My items were picked up on Dec 28th by a third party moving company. Now as of Jan 9th, my belongings are still sitting in Spokane. Understandable, the holidays have slowed things down a bit, but my main concern is nobody returns my calls and one answers the phone in their office. I have been calling since Jan 2nd and only spoke to a person once who picked up the phone. I have left numerous messages and call at different times of the day with no luck and sent an e-mail. Also Ken does not answer his cell phone anymore either. I completely understand delays and would be fine with it if someone would just call me and keep me informed. I can't understand why no one at the company is responding. Luckily the company who originally picked up my items "All About Moving" in Spokane is going to bring my stuff but I have to wait a little longer.
