I wasn’t moving very far but I still wanted to make sure I chose the right mover for my move from Titusville to Cocoa Beach, Florida. I spoke with several local movers and felt Men-N-Motion Moving and Storage was the right company for me. They always seemed sharp and on their toes and that didn’t change when they moved me either. The workers were very professional and a did a great job, when it was all over I could tell they were dead tired but still left with a smile and remained upbeat.

I was pleased with the initial telephone consultation. The company was very helpful and responsive before the move. I called and reserved two weeks in advance. I called again the day before the move to confirm that everything they told me was still on schedule and in the plans for our move Saturday morning. On Saturday morning, they crew was scheduled to arrive to our home between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. They did not arrive until 12:45 p.m. We were on the verge of panic because we did not receive any communication from the company about any delay and did not prepare a plan B should the company not show up. I called the number I had on my confirmation e-mail several times and kept getting the voicemail. Once they did arrive, they were quick and ready to work. They were courteous and personable, but did not offer any reason why they were so late until I asked. There were also supposed to be 3 wardrobe boxes for us on the truck. There weren't any, but they did offer a comparable solution. Later when it was time to settle the charges, I was told about an 18% fuel charge that was not on my e-mail confirmation. I certainly do not mind paying what I need to pay for the service I receive, but I do not like to be told of undisclosed charges at the time of billing. This figure should have been listed in my quote. They were kind enough not to charge me anything for going over the 4 hours that were quoted. And again the movers were very good, careful with our belongings, respectful, personable, efficient, and fast. I was told about some extenuating circumstances about why they were late, why there weren't any wardrobe boxes, and why no one was in the office to receive my calls on the day of the move. Regardless of all that, their communication with me was very poor. Because of the price and the excellent service from the movers themselves, and how they attempted to resolve my concerns, I would use this company again. I also know they are a new company and may still be working out some kinks in there standard operating procedures.
