| | This company arrived six hours late and caused a two day delay in closings on two homes. Although we were promised five packers, who would provide all packing materials, pack and load in four to five hours, we got two men and a truck. They used all my soft goods as packing materials and removed our clothes from hangars and threw our clothes into wardrobe boxes, suitcases, etc. They ran out of boxes so they used every container I owned to pack up my personal belongings. The driver, Aaron, took regular breaks in the half packed truck, which was observed flying through the air on my street, with my furniture inside. | Company Response  |
