| | I filled out an online request on 123movers.com and was contacted by the mover shortly thereafter. They were very polite and professional and quoted me a pretty good price for my move. The movers were quick and careful and asked me to follow them to the new house, everything was delivered in the same condition and I would recommend them as the boxes we ordered from the site also arrived within 2 days. | We used Freedom Van Lines 8/25/08, from Coppell, Texas to Boulder, Colorado. Our experience was good. They were in and out of our home upon pick up. The foreman was professional and courteous. It only took them a week and a half to deliver our household goods. After opening all our boxes, nothing was broken or missing. Of course like all moving companies anyone would use. I was suspicious, and they did add a couple small fees at delivery. Special thanks goes to the representative (Tekla) who gave me the quote, tour of the storage facility, and continuing customer service throughout the process. This was our first time hiring a moving company (prior military) and we were very nervous of all the horrible rumors you hear. They were also completely affordable. | For the first time, I got to take a deep breath and enjoy the fact that we just
bought a beautiful new home; rather than miss out on the moment because we were
stressed about all the smaller details. I have paid movers before; with mixed
results (as I'm sure is true across the board). This was different. They arrived
about 5 min early for my 8am move. Had my boxes and furniture packed in a very
short time. At the new house I was concerned about protecting the wood floors
and the guys went out of their way to make sure nothing was scratched. They brought
the furniture in and set it down and then placed it in the room for me. They
even put the bed and dining table back together for me. I would use them again.
