Moving can be one of the most stressful events in your life. If the idea of moving everything in your home seems overwhelming, your First Class Relocation Coordinator promises to make that experience much more manageable. Like all members of First Class Moving"s team, your Relocation Coordinator is an organized, efficient and seasoned veteran at moving households of every size.
To organize your detailed moving plan, your Relocation Coordinator will:
- Listen intently to your individual needs and ask questions to uncover your concerns.
- Survey all belongings in your home to be moved - from top to bottom and even in the garage.
- Identify high value, fragile items such as paintings, antiques, and chandeliers that require custom crating.
- Plan the logistics of transporting bulky items like pianos, boats or cars.
- Customize arrangements for other services, such as storage.
- Prepare a list of heavy appliances and arrange to have them serviced (at your request) before the move.
- Work with you to create a detailed schedule for packing, loading and delivery.
- Offer suggestions on moving your pets and plants.
- Address all questions and special concerns about your move.
If you are unable to take immediate possession of your new residence, your belongings can be stored in our local warehouse. We can provide safe storage facilities for holding your goods until you"re ready for them. However, you are responsible for the storage charges, as well as warehouse handling and final delivery charges from the warehouse.
First Class Moving & Storage is a full service warehousing and distribution service provider. We currently occupy nearly 14,000 square feet of warehouse space at our Clearwater location. Our facilities are climate controlled, with state of the art surveillance and fire protection systems.

- Furniture is containerized in large wooden vaults.
- We provide a climate controlled, moisture free and secured environment.
- We offer discounts on moving if you choose to store with us.
- We offer full replacement value insurance while your goods are in storage.
- Each vault is 5' x 7' x 7.5' feet tall and holds approximately 1500 lbs of furniture.
- You may take advantage of our low monthly rates.
- You will always have access to your goods while in storage without excessive "dock charges".
Upon receiving goods into one of our warehouses, our Quality Control Specialists will undertake a detailed process to ensure your goods are stored properly.
