Our expert team of moving professionals will take conscientious responsibility for your move from first contact to final delivery. We promise you the peace of mind you will need in order to complete your other important moving plans, such as remodeling, job and school preparation, and more.
Terms of Payment
On the pick up day we will accept a personal check, cash, money order, cashier’s check or postal money order. We usually charge 65% of the total (to be confirmed by your rep); with the balance payable on delivery, in cash or postal money order only.
Exclusive / Rush / Overnight delivery services may be subject to an additional charge.
We take pride in our clean, secure and air conditioned storage warehouses. Wooden storage crates are carefully stored and identified for each customer.
Our storage warehouse is guarded with 24-hour cameras system; we provide daily inspection by the dispatcher.
Federal Movers provides one month of free storage in our own warehouse for each long distance customer (excludes straight deliveries and exclusive services). The free month of storage will start day after the pick-up and end when the customer is ready for delivery. Contact your rep for our very competitive storage rates if you require storage for more than one month.
