Fastway Moving offers this service as a more cost effective alternative to its complete service package. With this option, the client is responsible for packing and unpacking all items that are to be moved, while our service incorporates the loading, transporting, and unloading of your move. Local moving is a service usually performed in the surroundings of your current address, but it can also be from one city to another, within the same county or between neighboring counties. A local move will never go beyond the limits of your state. In most cases the service is charged by the hour and materials used for packing (optional). Fastway Moving provides you with a team of experienced movers and a truck to carry your belongings. Most local moves are finished within the same day.
An interstate move is also called "long distance moving". This type of service is performed by crossing the border between states. The charge for this service is based on the weight of your move and you are also charged for any packing materials to be used. In some cases we can negotiate with the client to perform the entire service at a fixed price. The delivery time is discussed with the client prior to signing the contract and can vary significantly depending on size of the move and distance to be covered.

We can safely store your belongings while they are waiting to be relocated or for longer periods of time, depending on your needs. Our portable storage containers are specially built to supply all your storage needs, including the safekeeping of larger items, such as sofas and refrigerators. The convenient size allows you to rent one or several containers, this way you only pay for the storage space that you actually need.
