We work with owner's operators that are working exclusively with us, that fact enables us to provide you with excellent service in the pick up and the delivery.
The price for your move will determine by the weight of your shipment (how many pounds you have).we weight the truck in a certify weight station and you are welcome to follow us and see it for your self.
Before you move it's recommended that you will give us most or all the items that you want us to transport in order for us to give you a ballpark price. But your final price will be base on the actual weight of your belonging.
Accept the transportation charge there could be more factors that can affect the price of the move:
- Packing materials- tape, shrink wrap, babble wrap, boxes, etc
- On truck storage- your need to storage your items while you are preparing your new place.
- Packing service- the labor charge for packing the items in boxes.
Accessorial charges on items that is keeping the truck away from your door, Such as: elevator, the distance from the truck to the door, flight of stairs, the need to use a smaller vehicle to haul your items. Etc

We are a full service moving & storage company which mean you can leave your place as it is and we will do everything for you. Or you will pack all your boxes and put them outside and we simply will load them to the truck and unload them to your new place.

Excalibur Van Lines has full-service storage facilities. Our full service starts in your own home, when the moving crew will come to pick up the belongings you would like to move into our storage facilities, they will professionally prepare your items that needs to be placed in storage.
The Excalibur Van Lines crew will wrap and protect your furniture and make sure that your possessions are boxed securely. Every item will stay in the exact same protected package and each piece of furniture will stay wrapped in the exact same furniture blanket from the time it leaves your home, while being transported to our storage facilities, and while it is in our storage facility. Whether it's for 2 days or 2 years. And then finally when your belongings are returned safely and securely to you.
You'll get an inventory list of your belongings that are placed into our storage facilities. The Excalibur Van Lines crew will make a written inventory of everything except the contents of the boxes. A number will be assigned to the box itself but not the individual items inside the boxes. You'll get a copy of this inventory list so that when you'll move out of the storage you can be make sure that all of your belongings have been returned to you. Every item you place in the storage will have an inventory sticker to secure it. The stickers have 2 sets of numbers on them, a serial number will be written on your inventory list which references a specific item you are moving into the storage and a number is assigned only to your set of belongings in our storage facility. Your assigned number will be entered into our computer system. which will enable our Storage Department to control every item of your shipment and will minimize any chance of lost items
