The major factor in the pricing of any moving job is the list of items you choose to ship. The Department of Transportation (DOT), the governing agency of the moving industry, has in place a chart of weights and measures for household goods that all moving companies should use. Based on the actual items that you choose to move, we are able to provide you with a Price Guarantee.
Please Note: Any moving company that does not take a precise inventory list from you has no means of knowing what you actually have, which can create a misleading situation; one that can end up costing you a lot more than you were originally told.

Another factor in the pricing of any moving job is the cost of packing and wrapping materials. In order for Items to be transported safely across the country, they need to be wrapped and packed properly.
If convenience is your primary concern, we offer full packing and wrapping services. If reduce payment is your foremost goal, remember that the more packing you do, the lower your costs will be. Please consult your estimator for details.

Pickup
On the day of your pick up our crew wraps & crates the items to be shipped. Before loading, each item is numbered & color-coded. The foreman inventories each item, noting its condition. The line markers on the truck's side walls are used as guidelines to determine the size of your shipment. The foreman will address any questions or concerns you may have during the process.

Delivery
Average delivery time is seven to fourteen days. On the day your shipment leaves the city of origin, you will be contacted and informed of the in-transit status of your belongings. Twenty-four to forty-eight hours before arrival, you will be contacted by our driver to arrange the delivery date and time. Upon delivery, your valuables will be carried into the premises. Our movers will unwrap the padding and set furniture in place. Items that were disassembled by our crew at origin will be reassembled.
