By owner's or shipper's agent signature Awesome Auto Transport and Carrier we designate, are hereby authorized to transport said vehicle from point of origin to point of destination as specified on the shipping order.
Awesome Auto Transport will designate a reliable Carrier to fulfill the terms and conditions of the agreement. Awesome Auto Transport or its Agents do not guarantee a specific pickup or delivery date. This is standard in the auto transport industry. Awesome Auto Transport or our Carries are not responsible for car rentals.
The customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport. All loose parts, fragile or protruding accessories, low hanging spoilers, etc, must be removed and properly secured. Any part of the vehicle that falls off during transport is the customer's responsibility, including damages by said part to any and all vehicles involved.
Awesome Auto Transport or the designated Carrier will not be responsible for radio antennas. The Carrier will not be responsible for convertible tops that are loose, torn or have visible wear. Carrier will also not be responsible for vehicle boots, caps, masks, bras, or and other type of canvas material covering. Also let it be known if a car alarm is not disengaged the Carrier may disarm the alarm using any means necessary, and will not be held responsible for replacement.
Insurance is provided by the Carrier. We will have a copy of Carrier's insurance on file in accordance of ICC regulations. Should you need a copy it will be mailed within 14 days of request. If damage should occur Awesome Auto Transport will support you in your effort. By no means will Awesome Auto transport accept responsibility for any damages or negligence of the Carrier.
Carrier's responsibility begins when bill of lading is signed at origin and ends when bill of lading is signed at destination. If for any reason the pickup or delivery dates are delayed the driver must call Awesome Auto Transport.
Balance is due upon delivery in the form of cash or cashier's check. If payment cannot be made vehicle will be placed in storage at customers expense. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay all charges and may include a redelivery fee.
If your vehicle becomes inoperable during transport at no fault to Awesome Auto Transport or the assigned carrier, requiring special handling or unloading you may be subject to a $150.00 non-op fee due at time of delivery.
Any litigation brought against Awesome Auto Transport must be litigated in Shasta county, Redding, California.
In regards to refunds, Awesome Auto Transport is a Transportation Broker. If you cancel your order after we have assigned you a Carrier you will be refunded your scheduling/ deposit, minus a fifty administrative fee.
