| | We used Avalon this past weekend to move from Gilbert to Phoenix. Let me first say that it was money WELL SPENT! I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I am with my entire experience. The typical "horror stories" about moving companies seems all too common these days but Avalon proved it wrong. It all began with the friendly and professional customer service we received from Ana Ben when placing the order. Ana was very thorough in her explanation and assurances of your proven track record for value and service. Then the 3 super stars showed up...Jonathan Croft, Isreal, and Joe. These guys were UNBELIEVABLE! In the middle of a scorching AZ summer day, they were almost running up and down the stairs at both ends to get our move completed as quickly as possible. With sweat pouring down their faces, they never slowed down, they continued to flash their friendly smiles, and always displayed impeccable manners with "please", "thank you's", and "sir". And not a single item was damaged. These guys worked so well together that they barely needed to talk. They just knew what the other needed and got it done. I just wanted to thank you again and to highlight the amazing work ethic of Jonathan, Isreal, and Joe. | | Avalon Moving is a great company, all the employees were exceptionally nice, even the office employees. Any service we needed was provided in great timing, an example of that would be the glass on our patio table that without knowing needed to be wrapped and taken care of as very fragile and in order to ensure that, they put it in a special place in the truck with the appropriate coverings. Everything went as planned and better, nothing was damaged and the crew were really hard workers who knew what they were doing. Thank you Avalon Moving for a great move, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to move. | | Company Response |
