Subject: Beware "Hidden Charges"
| | This company is very polite and takes care in confirming moves seems very professional at first, but beware once they get to your house they will wrap all of your things put them in their truck and then charge you crazy fees for materials that were included in your package. They might mention that it is company policy to charge extra for TV's, mattresses (Not wrapped with a mattress cover), and anything w/ glass on it. Then they will hold your things hostage and force you to pay the extra charges. NO returned phone calls from management after leaving 12 messages. And the movers damaged most of my furniture.
