Subject: Not honoring contract agreement

| | Not only did Arrow Van Lines do an awful job packing,
moving and delivering my belongings the estimate was
WAY off, even though I provided my EXACT list of items to be moved.
The movers packed my couch, brand new dressers, coffee table and end
tables. ALL were damamged, some pieces were missing from my furniture and
ALL of my boxes were crushed. I submitted my claim of the furniture packed
by Arrow Van Lines and they are not even agreeing to honor the $0.60 per
pound per item that is noted in our Legal Agreement signed. My furniture
is severely damaged, so the amount of $372 for all of it does not even
begin to cover the damage they did and they are offering $300 which is
just plain bad business. This is NOT a negotiation, the contract states
$0.60 per pound per item and that is $372 which is due to me, not $300.
I have moved 3 times prior and have NEVER seen movers like this.
They did not care at all how they loaded or packed my belongings.
On top of all of this, when the movers dropped off my stuff,
I noticed right after they pulled away that they left 3 boxes that were
NOT mine. I immediately called them so they couold pick it up and they
said "uh... we'll pick it up on our way back". I never heard from them
again and I gurantee the person whos stuff I have was looking for their
belongings and Arrow Van Lines just said "tough luck". I would never hire

The movers broke the glass door of my home, my china cabinet, damaged my furniture, took apart my office desk and never put it back together; lost pieces of my furniture needed to reassemble it and have done nothing to fix or replace a single thing they destroyed. I have a pending lawsuit and evidence that supports my claim is valid and very TRUE. So if you do not want to have a similar experience you should avoid doing business with Arrow Van Lines, Inc. decide to pack themselves, and we happily coach you on how to do that for no

- Insurance – We are State licensed movers. Our trucks, your cargo,
