American Van Lines moved me and my family within Florida and we had the best experience ever. The crew really put a lot of effort into our move, we really weren’t prepared to move that day because we had a family crisis but they collaborated with us and we got everything out by the late afternoon. I am really grateful for all their efforts in making this move as easy as possible. They took care of all our things and made sure everything was properly packed and wrapped to avoid damages. As they were about to load our couch into the truck they put a blanket underneath it to make sure it wouldn’t get dirty. The crew disassembled some of our furniture in order to get it through the door. I was truly amazed at pace they were going, the crew only took one break and that was to have lunch.

Once we got to our new location the crew took a lot of action and unloaded all the boxes first into the rooms they belonged to. The furniture was then unloaded by room and reassembled right away. The unloading process took about three hours in total. Everything about the move was worth it and American Van Lines really did a great job. Thank you so much American Van Lines and the crew you sent to relocate us.
