| | R1 Moving & Storage moved my husband and I from Salinas, CA to Manteca,
CA on February 15, 2010. We want to express our thanks for the great customer
service that your company provided.
Janet helped us start the process by explaining the moving services, rates,
and followed up via e-mail within 24 hours. The movers (Adriane,
Juan, and Luis) did the job professionally: wrapped and crated breakable items
exceptionally well; wrapped all of our furniture carefully to prevent any damage;
continued to work diligently and continuously with no break, other than lunch;
met us at the delivery points on the promised time. They were courteous and
answered all of our questions and concerns.

| | I had the moving job scheduled with another moving company one month ahead and they didn't show up on the moving date. I found R1 Moving & Storage moving systems in California and I wish they were my first choice. They arrived about one hour after my phone call. The quote I got on the phone was exactly what I paid for my last-minute move. Everything was moved to my new place without any damages, including my dinner sets and dresser.
