What are your rates and fees?
Our rates vary by location and are competitive when compared to other storage facilities in the area. We do not have an application fee or deposit.
What size units do you have and what size do I need?
Our friendly resident managers have years of experience and can help you determine what size unit you need based on what you are storing. Use our sizing guide as a reference. We have closet to garage sizes available in both climate control and standard units.
Do I need a lock?
You will need a lock for your unit. You may use your own or purchase one at our site. You will be the only person with the key. Check out our Internet specials and print a "free lock" coupon when you rent a new unit.
Do I have to sign a lease?
You will be renting your unit month to month and can move in and out as your schedule permits. There are no long term contracts, however if you know you will be needing your unit for a longer period of time, ask the resident mangers for long term pricing discounts.
When do I have access to my unit?
Using your own personal gate code, standard access gate hours are from 6AM to 9PM, 7 days a week. 24 hour access is available for boats, RV's and under special circumstances. Ask the resident managers for more information.
How secure are my belongings?
Our managers live on site, so someone is on the property day and night. The gated entrance is right next to the manager's office/residence. You will have your own personal access code to enter through the security gate. Our security software monitors the gates 24 hours a day and we know who is coming and going at all times. Our sites are fenced and well lit. Some of our locations have 24 hour video surveillance and soon all of our locations will.
Do I need insurance?
We have insurance available from a third party insurance company at very reasonable rates. Your resident manager can help you with the application when you rent your unit. Some homeowners policies do cover self storage, but most do not. You may want to check your homeowners policy first.
We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, and Visa. Some of our locations also accept American Express and Discover card. For your convenience, we can set up automatic payment on your credit card.
Do you sell boxes?
Yes, we have a wide variety of box sizes along with other packing and moving supplies for sale in the manager's offices.
Do you have any specials for military, students or new renters?
We run seasonal specials for new renters. Check with the resident managers to see what specials are running. For first time renters, see our special Internet move in coupon. If any existing renter refers another customer to us, you will receive a discount on the following month's rent. For more information ask your resident manager.
What kinds of things can not be stored in a unit?
Hazardous and toxic materials are strictly prohibited. If you have any questions about certain items, please check with the resident managers.
Do you have units with outlets and lights?
Yes. All inside units have access to lights in the hallways. Some of our larger units are equipped with lights and outlets and can be used for warehouse, hobby, or rehearsal space. See the resident manager for more information.
