I recently used your site to find moving carriers to assist me in my
relocation across country. Nationwide Relocation Services was one of the
companies that were recommended. Although I was initially happy to find a
moving company within my price range, the move turned into a nightmare.
Nationwide contracted my move out to an unknown moving service (DT's
QuickMove) and chaos ensued. This company held my items hostage while
demanding additional cash payments to be made. A number of my items were
damaged in transit and others are missing.
Although contractually owed me, I have not seen to weight tickets
associated with my move. I have contacted the company and these have
conveniently disappeared from my file.
Nationwide refuses to assist me and has become rude and patronizing on
occasion. Please warn others of this unsatisfactory company.
